LEGACY WEALTH ACCELERATOR™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

General Policy

Legacy Wealth Accelerator™ (“The Company,” “We,” or “Us”) stands behind our frameworks and your satisfaction is our priority. By purchasing any product, service, or event ticket from our website or sales team, you agree to these terms.

No Refund Policy on Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including the Legacy Wealth Blueprint, Tax Playbook, and online courses, are final. Once access is granted or the download link is sent, no refunds, cancellations, or store credits will be issued.

LWA+ Partnership & Consultations

Consultation calls and strategic mapping sessions are services rendered at the time of the call. Fees for these sessions or build-out fees for partnership accounts are non-refundable. The LWA+ Partnership involves direct ownership of assets; the specific terms of those real estate transactions are governed by separate operating agreements and deed documents.

Live Events (Summit & Masterclasses)

• No Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets for the Legacy Wealth Summit or other live events.
• Store Credit/Rollover: If you cannot attend, you may request to roll your ticket over to a future event or receive a store credit, provided the request is made in writing at least 15 days prior to the event.
• Gratis Tickets: Tickets received as a bonus or part of a bundle have no monetary value and are not eligible for store credit or refunds. They must be used within 12 months.

Publicity Release

By attending any LWA live or virtual event, you grant Legacy Wealth Accelerator™ and Ravi Katta the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and appearance in any recorded media for promotional and educational purposes worldwide, without compensation.

No Solicitation

We maintain a strict no-solicitation policy at all events, including Zoom calls and community groups. Unauthorized recruitment or promotion of non-LWA products will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

Arbitration & Choice of Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your relationship with the Company shall be settled through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
